FILE A CFR (CAPTAIN'S FLIGHT REPORT)
We now have intergrated the CFR form all on one form. The form serves a multi-purpose role and please be sure to use the drop list to select which type of CFR or for what purpose you are reporting your flights.

Click on Herman to Report your regular VNWA flights or any extra flying you have done as requested by your Hub Manager.

The Form may also be used to report corrections or adjustaments.

Currently these flights have been suspended due to Katrina and the devastation in the
